Dr. Naomi Edelson is a clinical psychologist dedicated to helping clients address challenges, foster positive change, and empower themselves to overcome fears, health challenges, and difficult transitions.

Dr. Edelson specializes in chronic pain, stress and anxiety, OCD, depression, perfectionism, and stress-impacted conditions like burnout. She brings expertise in evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD and Pain Reprocessing Therapy, focussing on on practical, results-oriented treatments that have been proven effective.

Dr. Edelson is site director and director of psychological services for the Stanford University based Kaiser Empower study, trained at the APA-accredited VA Medical Centers in New York and San Francisco and completed her fellowship in adult psychiatry at Kaiser Oakland. She serves as psychology lead on medical panels and is a regular speaker at hospital Grand Rounds.
