Hello! I’m Naomi.
I am a clinical psychologist and coach dedicated to helping clients address challenges, foster positive change, and empower themselves to overcome fears, health challenges, and live their most authentic lives.
I specialize in chronic pain, stress and anxiety, OCD, depression, medically unexplained symptoms, and stress-impacted conditions like burnout. I bring expertise in evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD and Pain Reprocessing Therapy, focussing on on practical, results-oriented treatments that have been proven effective.
I am the site director and director of psychological services for the Stanford University based Kaiser Empower study, trained at the APA-accredited VA Medical Centers in New York and San Francisco and completed my fellowship in adult psychiatry. I am the psychology lead on medical panels and am a regular speaker at hospital Grand Rounds.
I work in a compassionate and empathic way, blending research-based treatments with heart, humor and a down-to-earth vibe.
